Tele Academy Awards 2023: Check out the complete winner list

The Tele Academy Awards is a prestigious award show presented by the Government of West Bengal that honors the artists of the Bengali TV industry. Apart from the artists, the audience looks forward to this show to see their favorite stars and to see the dramas honored with this prestigious award.

Hosted by Ambarish Bhattacharya and June Malia, the Tele Academy Awards 2023 was held last Tuesday night,24th August. In this article, we have shared a list of artists and shows that received this award this year. The most significant thing is that this time Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee herself was honored on the stage of Tele Academy Awards. Sounds interesting right? It's true.

First of all, if we talk about the Best Jodi (Priyo Juti), Surjo (played by Dibyojyoti Dutta) and Deepa (played by Swastika Ghosh) from Anurager Chhowa won the prestigious award along with Bikram (played by Neel Bhattacharya) and Indira (played by Tiyasha Lepcha) from Bangla Medium at Tele Academy Awards 2023. 

On the other hand, Ankita Mallick has been honored as the best actress at this prestigious award show for playing the titular role in Jagaddhatri. Actor Dibyojyoti Dutta, who plays Surjo in Anurager Chhowa received the award as Best Actor.

And talking about the best shows, Anurager Chhowa from Star Jalsha and Jagaddhatri from Zee Bangla, both bagged the award as best shows at Tele Academy Awards 2023.

Interestingly, CM Mamata Banerjee also won the Tele Academy Award as the lyricist and composer of the serial Guddi and Jagaddhatri. But the Chief Minister did not accept that award. She skipped this with a funny pretense.
