TV actor Honey Bafna met with an accident; Got 20 stitches in his arm

Actor Honey Bafna, who is playing the male lead in the newly launched drama series 'Shyama' met with a bitter accident and got 20 stitches in his hand. He was found with several pieces of glass in his hand and bleeding. The accident happened at the actor's house.

When Honey Bafna was asked about his accident, the actor said, 'The incident happened at home on Tuesday. Mom asked me to bring something down from the loft. I was trying to get the thing down standing on a chair. Then I lost my balance and fell, there was a glass table behind me. And unfortunately, my hand fell there. That's why my hand got injured. A vein and part of a muscle in the right arm were torn. I contacted a plastic surgeon. He asked me for surgery. And the surgery will be done this Friday (September 15) in a private hospital.''

Honey Bafna is one of the popular actors in the Bengali TV industry. He is currently seen playing the male lead opposite Tumpa Ghosh in Sun Bangla's show 'Shyama', which premiered on 11th September 2023. Prior to 'Shyama', Honey was seen playing the male lead opposite Sweta Bhattacharya in Zee Bangla's show Sohag Jol. Honey Bafna became a household name with his performances in 'Bokul Kotha', 'Prothoma Kadambini', and 'Gramer Rani Binapani'. He made his debut on the OTT platform with Hoichoi's series Bodhon, starring Sandipta Sen and Ditipriya Roy in lead roles.

Incidentally, actor Rubel Das broke his ankle while shooting for his show Neem Phuler Modhu a few weeks ago. Then, Rubel Das started shooting from his home for the show. However, it is not yet known whether the makers will take such an approach in the case of Honey Bafna.
