Ektu Sore Bosun Teaser: Ritwick Chakraborty offers subtle humour with a social message in his new film with Paoli Dam and Ishaa Saha

After Pritha Chakraborty’s Paharganj Halt, Ritwick Chakraborty and Paoli Dam are to be seen together again in Kamaleswar Mukherjee’s upcoming film Ektu Sore Bosun. Apart from them, the film also stars Ishaa Saha, Paayel Sarkar, Paran Bandopadhyay, Rajatabha Dutta, Kharaj Mukherjee, Manasi Sinha, Biswanath Basu, Loknath Dey, Moumita Pandit and Deboprasad Haldar in pivotal roles. 

Directed by Kamaleswar Mukherjee, 'Ektu Sore Bosun' is a social comedy film based on a story by Banaphul. Paoli Dam, one of the lead actresses of the film, recently took to her social media to share the official teaser of ''Ektu Sore Bosun'', which has garnered a positive response from her followers."

Speaking about the story of the film, it revolves around Guddu (played by Ritwick Chakraborty), a post-graduate in Sanskrit, who comes to Kolkata in search of a job after getting hassled by his family and people in the locality.

The story takes a fun turn when Piu, Guddu's love interest, Guddu's mother, and his school teacher also come to Kolkata to keep an eye on him. "Then one incident after another happens, and gradually Guddu becomes an unexpected hero as he inadvertently displays bravery like a true hero. What happens next is the crux of the story.

''It's basically a social comedy. Thanks to the great cast for their contributions to the film, I am grateful to them. This story is about the contemporary crisis of unemployment and the difficulties faced by today's youth'' said director Kamaleswar Mukherjee.

The film is expected to release in November 2023. Although the makers of the film are yet to announce the exact release date of the film.
