Bengali Television produces several new shows for its viewers. On one hand, Bengali entertainment channels are bringing several news shows, on the other hand, numerous newly launched shows are ending their journey ahead of expectations. A few days ago, the channels announced several new shows for their viewers. Star Jalsha, one of the leading general entertainment channels, recently launched their new show Geeta LLB which premiered yesterday (20th November). Now, the channel has announced another new show 'Katha' where Saheb Bhattacharya and Susmita Dey will play the lead roles.

Taking to social media, Star Jalsha recently announced the show titled 'Katha' featuring its lead actors Saheb Bhattacharya and Susmita Dey. The makers of the show officially announced the show by sharing a promo on the social media pages.

The new show 'Katha' stars Susmita Dey in the titular role while Saheb Bhattacharya will be seen as the male lead and protagonist Katha's love interest. Apart from Saheb Bhattacharya and Susmita Dey, the show also stars several popular actors from the industry like Sumanta Mukherjee and Diya Mukherjee in pivotal roles.

Speaking about the show, it revolves around the protagonist Katha, a middle-class ordinary girl and nature lover who is passionate about gardening. Agnibha, on the other hand, is a chef from a Bengali Bonedi family, who loves to cook fashionable food. How these two people from different backgrounds fall in love and complete each other is the crux of the story.
