Srjit Mukherji's upcoming thriller Tekka which stars Dev, and Rukmini Maitra in lead roles, has undoubtedly become one of the most anticipated films of this year as it is a collaboration between Dev and Srjit Mukherji. Apart from Dev and Rukmini Maitra, Tekka cast includes powerpack performers like Swastika Mukherjee and Tota Roy Chowdhury in pivotal roles. And now actress Sreeja Dutta has also joined the cast of Tekka. Yes, you read that right. The young actress has already joined the cast of the team Tekka and and started shooting in her new avatar.
Actress Sreeja Dutta, who paired opposite Dev in Bagha Jatin, will also be seen in Dev's upcoming film Tekka. Sreeja Dutta has been roped in by the makers of Tekka to play the role of a journalist in the film while Dev will play the male lead.

Speaking about Sreeja Dutta, she made her big screen debut with Dev in the film Bagha Jatin, directed by Arun Roy. Before Bagha Jatin, Sreeja starred opposite Arya Dasgupta in a music video titled ''Elo Maa Dugga Thakur'' directed by popular Tollywood filmmaker Raj Chakraborty. She also acted in a TV commercial with Mimi Chakraborty. And now, she has bagged another important role in Srjit Mukherji's Tekka, which marks her second appearance on the silver screen.
