Megha Chowdhury is an Indian actress from Kolkata, India. She has worked in both Bengali, Telugu, and Tamil-language films. She started her career as an assistant director for Haseena Parkar (2017) when she was sixteen years old and went on to work as a casting assistant for M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016). She made her film debut with the Bengali film Amar Prem in 2016. Chowdhury made her debut in the Telugu film industry with Jai Raaja Singh's medical thriller film Marshal. That same year, she starred in the Telugu film Oorantha Anukuntunnaru and played a girl next door. She debuted in the Tamil industry with Bala's Varmaa, the Tamil-language remake of Arjun Reddy. Megha was also seen in Srinivas Avasarala's film Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi. Megha Chowdhury is also starring in Tathagata Mukherjee's upcoming Bengali film 'Gopone Mod Charan', co-starring Rooqma Ray, Soham Majumdar, Soumya Mukherjee, and Rishav Basu in key roles.
