One of the much-loved Bengali reality game shows Didi No. 1 Season 9, hosted by Rachna Banerjee, is set to air a special episode featuring none other than West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Over the past few days, there have been reports doing rounds on the internet claiming that Mamata Banerjee is coming to the Rachna Banerjee-hosted show Didi No.1. However, now the channel has shared a new promo for the upcoming episode of Didi No. 1, turning rumors into reality.
Rachna Banerjee-hosted show Didi No 1 Season 9 is all set to welcome Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee along with Dona Ganguly. Zee Bangla recently shared a new promo of the upcoming episode of Didi No 1 on its social media handles featuring CM Mamata Banerjee and former Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly's wife Dona Ganguly, who is an Indian Odissi dancer.
In the promo, Mamata Banerjee is seen in a white saree with a light red border and a matching half-hand blouse. On the other hand, Dona Ganguly is seen wearing a deep blue saree with a matching blouse.
The promo starts with host Rachna Banerjee saying it's the first time Bengal's Didi No. 1, Mamata Banerjee, is on the show. Later, when Rachna Banerjee greets Mamata Banerjee with Northern clothes, Banerjee surprises her by putting them on Rachna, saying they look good on her. After that, Mamata Banerjee and Dona Ganguly were seen dancing on stage with the tribal artistes holding the host's hand.
The special episode will be telecast on 3rd March at 8:00 pm on the screen of Zee Bangla.
