Sudipta Banerjee joins the cast of the mythological show Mangalmayee Maa Sitala

Actress Sudipta Banerjee, who has been a part of several Bengali television dramas including Sohag Jol, and Gramer Rani Binapani, has bagged a new role in a newly launched TV Serial on Sun Bangla. The beautiful and charming actress will be seen in Sun Bangla's newly launched show Mangalmayee Maa Sitala, produced by Surinder Films.

Sudipta Banerjee has been roped in by the makers of 'Mangalmayee Maa Sitala' to play a pivotal role in the mythological show. It has also been revealed that Sudipta will be seen playing a negative but important role in the show, while child actress Subhasree Chakraborty is playing the lead role. Sudipta Banerjee herself shared this news on her social media handles.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Sudipta Banerjee shared the news of her new venture by revealing her new look from the show Mangalmayee Maa Sitala.

Apart from Subhasree Chakraborty and Sudipta Banerjee, the show also stars Gourab Mondal, Sudipta Chakraborty, Saugata Bandyopadhyay, Chandraniv Mukherjee, Nayna Bandyopadhyay, Avijit Sarkar, Suchandra Banerjee, Rajib Banerjee, Runa Banerjee, Sayak Chakraborty, Subhajit Banerjee and Rupam Mondal in pivotal roles.

Sudipta Banerjee, now also known as Sudipta Bakshi got married to her longtime boyfriend Soumya Bakshi in May last year. She has been a part of the Bengali entertainment world for a long time. Apart from the shows mentioned above, Sudipta acted in various television shows like Jol Nupur, Chokher Tara Tui, Saat Paake Bandha, etc. She also played a key role in Raajhorshee De's movie Maya which also starred Kamaleswar Mukherjee, Rafiath Rashid Mithila, and Gourab Chatterjee among others.
