A few weeks ago, it was reported the renowned Bengali TV actress Debchandrima Singha Roy will soon be seen in a Hindi TV show. The Bengali TV diva was rumored to be making her national television debut with the brand-new drama series Suhagan Chudail, starring Nia Sharma in the lead role. And now, the rumor has turned into reality as Debchandrima has shared the promo of her upcoming Hindi serial Suhagan Chudail.
Apart from Debchandrima Singha Roy, the supernatural television drama stars Nia Sharma and Zayn Ibad Khan in lead roles.
On Thursday (May 2), the official Instagram handle of Colors TV channel released the first promo of Suhagan Chudail. Nia Sharma is seen playing a 'chudail' in the video. Her character kills married men, gaining power from their death.
The caption of the post reads ''Aa rahi hai Suhagan Chudail bicchaane #Colors par khatre ka saaya. Dekhiye #SuhaganChudail, jald hi, sirf #Colors aur @officialjiocinema par.''

As soon as the post appeared on Debchandrima's Instagram feed, fans started flooding the comment section with kind words. Celebs like Adrija Roy, and Debattama Saha also commented on the post and extended their warm wishes to the cast and the team.
Apart from this show, Debchandrima has one movie and a web series in her kitty. Debchandrima will soon be seen in Sauvik Kundu's upcoming Sci-fi comedy-drama film Boomerang. Starring Jeet and Rukmini Maitra in lead roles, Boomerang is scheduled to hit the cinema halls on 7th June, summer 2024.
Debchandrima is also starring in Hoichoi's upcoming web series Parineeta. Directed by Aditi Roy, the historical drama series stars Debchandrima Singha Roy as the female lead opposite Gaurav Chakrabarty. However, the release date of the web series has not been announced yet.
