The actress is one of the most successful women and she has proved that hard work is always rewarded. Mimi Chakraborty is a versatile actress as well as a capable politician. She has won the audience's hearts with her acting skill and also known for her social work for Jadavpur Resident.
This time the actress has been voted the Calcutta Times Most Desirable Women 2020. She believes that fate only favors the hard work.

Telling about the actress, Mimi Chakraborty started her career with modeling and she participated in Femina Miss India. She made her film debut with 'Bapi Bari Jaa' where her co-actor was Arjun Chakraborty. She was also a part of a tv serial named Gaaner Oparey which aired on Star Jalsha and produce by Tollywood superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee and Arpita Chatterjee (Pal). In 2019, She joined a political Party named All India Trinamool Congress and elected from Jadavpur Lok Sabha Constituency.
