Bengali actress Somashri Bhattacharya, who appeared in popular serials like Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay, Karunamayi Rani Rashmani, will be seen in the new serial 'Ikir Mikir'. Actress Somashri Bhattacharya will play the lead role as Pratima and actor Saptarshi Roy will be seen opposite her.

Ikir Mikir is a Bengali tv series that will be aired on 'Akash Aath' Ikir Mikir' serial belongs to the romantic comedy genre. The story revolves around Pratima playing by Somashri Bhattacharya. In the serial, Pratima is a bold & straightforward girl who loves to follow her own rules. What will happen when Pratima will fall in love with an ordinary guy who completely opposite her? Recently the channel 'Akash Aath' has released a short promo of Ikir Mikir where we can see the lead actors Somashri & Saptarshi in Bengali wedding attire.

Actor Saptarshi Roy is going to make his television debut with Ikir Mikir serial. Apart from acting, Saptarshi is very passionate about the arts.

Telling about Somashri Bhattacharya, she is one of the popular faces in Bengali Television. Somashri made her debut with Shubho Drishti tv serial where her co-actors were Gourab Roy Chowdhury and Aishwariya Sen. Later she has acted in many various tv serials like Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay, Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni, Nojor, etc.
