One of the most popular tv-series Sreemoyee going off-air. It's supposed to end this month. Actress Indrani Halder plays the titular character in this series. The serial also features Tota Roy Chowdhury, Sudip Mukherjee, Ushasi Chakraborty, Saptarshi Moulick, Aishi Bhattacharya, Bharat Kaul, and the other talented stars.
Sreemoyee serial written by Leena Gangopadhyay which premiered on 10th July 2019. It's a story of a housewife 'Sreemoyee' who has dedicated her life and sacrificed all her dreams for the family. But she has been deprived of the love and respect of family members. However, her youngest son Dinka (Saptarshi Moulick) has always supported her. She has been cheated by her husband Anindya (Sudip Mukherjee) for having an affair with his office colleague named June. Sreemoyee's husband divorced her and married June. Sreemoyee decides to make her own identity. Sreemoyee's life takes a turn when she meets her college friend Rohit Sen (Tota Roy Chowdhury). The series shows how Sreemoyee faces her problems and becomes a successful businesswoman.
The serial has been trolled many times and has also received rave reviews from viewers. Apart from the Bengali language the serial has also been remade in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages and running successfully.
