Mimi Chakraborty Starrer film 'Mini' is ready to hit the theaters this May

Mimi Chakraborty and child actress Ayanna Chatterjee starrer film Mini have got its release date. The film will hit the theaters on 6th May this year. Apart from Mimi Chakraborty and Ayanna Chatterjee, the film also stars Mithu Chakraborty, Saptarshi Moulick, and Kamalika Banerjee in pivotal roles.

Speaking about the story, it follows Mini playing by Ayanna Chatterjee, and highlights that friendship has no boundary. The film revolves around Mini and her aunt Titli (Mimi Chakraborty). Titli is a self-dependent and career-oriented woman. Her life takes a sudden turn when she takes the responsibility of taking care of Mini. Titli learns that friendship can happen to anyone as a beautiful friendship forms between them.

This is Mainak Bhowmik's first collaboration as a director with Mimi Chakraborty. Earlier, Mimi Chakraborty starred in the film Crisscross which was written by Mainak Bhowmik and directed by Birsa Dasgupta. 'Mini' is also a  debut film for Sampurna Lahiri as a producer. Actress-turned producer Sampurna Lahiri produced the film along with Rahul Bhanja under 'Small Taalk Ideas' and M.K. Media Pvt. Ltd banner.
