Bengali actor Biswajit Ghosh who played Param in Ke Apon Ke Por serial opposite Pallavi Sharma bagged a new project. He will soon be seen in a new tv serial on a leading entertainment channel. Biswajit stepped into the showbiz by starring in Rajjotok serial where he played the male lead and his co-stars were Anamika Chakraborty and Mishmee Das. Then he starred in Ke Apon Ke Por serial opposite Pallavi Sharma. The series has become one of the most popular TV series in the industry and the on-screen chemistry of Biswajit and Pallavi has also been praised by the audience. The show has been successfully run for over four years. After end of the show, Biswajit has not been seen playing a role on screen. Fans are also eagerly waiting to see him on screen. Biswajit will soon be seen on screen playing the lead role in a new tv serial. 

As per the recent buzz, This time Biswajit will be seen on Zee Bangla. There is also a rumor that actress Aratrika Maity who played the female lead in Sun Bangla serial Agnishikha, will be seen opposite Biswajit Ghosh in the serial. However, neither the star nor the channel has officially announced anything yet.

Meanwhile, Bengali entertainment channels are bringing a number of tv shows. Leading entertainment channel Zee Bangla has already announced a horror drama serial titled Laal Kuthi where popular tv actress Rooqma Roy will be the leading lady. The channel has also released a promo for it. On the other hand, Star Jalsha has also announced a new comedy-drama series titled Bouma Ekghor where Susmita Dey and Debojyoti Roy Chowdhury will play the lead role. Both promos have impressed the audience with their own style where Rooqma Roy scared the audience with Laal Kuthi promo, Susmita and Debojyoti have created a buzz among fans with the first promo of Bouma Ekghor.
