| Prosenjit Chatterjee to star in Indrani Halder written film |
Actress Indrani Haldar is a trending name among Bengali viewers nowadays. By playing the titular role in Sreemoyee, the actress has made a her mark in a new form among the audience. Besides the film industry, Indrani Halder is also a popular among serial lovers. Since the end of the show, fans are eagerly waiting for her comeback on the television screen. Although the workaholic actress did not take any break from her shooting set, she will soon be seen on the big screen.
On the auspicious occasion of Rath Yatra, Indrani Halder announced her next film Dashabhuja Academy which is written by herself. Another interesting part is that Prosenjit Chatterjee and Ranjit Mallick will make their guest appearance in the film. Indrani Halder's film Dashabhuja Academy is a women-centric film where Indrani Halder will be seen as the leading lady. Speaking about the film, Indrani Halder said, ''This generation does not know much about housework. Even, I don't know how to cut Mocha (Musa acuminata). If my mom is not there, I have to stop eating that food. I belives all these things can be learned in the midst of busyness. What if she had a training center or academy to teach all those things? That thought led me to write this script''. The story of the film revolves around ten ladies which will be directed by Sudeep Das.
Indrani Halder also said that there are two male actors in her mind for the male protagonist of her film. And the two stars are Vikram Chatterjee and Saptarshi Maulik. Well, Saptarshi Maulik has been seen as her reel son in the television drama Sreemoyee and Vikram Chatterjee will be seen as her reel son in Sudeep Das's film Kuler Achaar which is scheduled for release on 15th July. As a female protagonist, Madhumita Sarcar might be seen in the film.
