Actress Sandipta Sen turned a year older today (27th August). The birthday girl started her special day with her boyfriend Souymya Mukherjee. The celebration started by cutting the cake brought by lover Soumya Mukherjee. Although the day started with loved ones, the actress could not spend much time with her loved ones on the special day. It was a working birthday for Sandipta. 

Sandipta had to reach the set of her upcoming web series 'Bodhon' in the morning. But the actress was not deprived of love and wishes as the birthday girl. The birthday girl is flooded with warm wishes from friends and family including fans. Celebs like Rezwan Rabbani Sheikh, Madhumita Sarcar, and Chandrayee Ghosh have sent out birthday wishes to Sandipta.

There was a surprise for the birthday girl on the shooting set. Soumya arrives on the set to accompany Sandipta on her birthday. There were special meals and arrangements for the birthday girl on the shooting set. 

Talking about birthday gifts, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is also sending some special gifts for the birthday girl. Sharing her excitement, Sandipta Sen said, 'I got a phone call. I heard, Didi is sending gifts for me. I am very happy. This birthday just got more special'.
