| Actress Sohini Guha Roy to make her debut on Hindi TV |
Actress Sohini Guha Roy, who was last seen playing Tyra in Gangaram, may soon be seen in a Hindi TV series. According to the latest reports, the actress is going to make her Hindi TV debut. Her last show Gangaram concluded its journey in July 2022. Since then, she has not been seen on TV or other platforms. The charming actress is currently living with her husband in Cooch Behar. However, Sohini's fans are eagerly waiting to see their diva on TV again.
In a recent interaction with Anandabazar Patrika, Sohini said 'I don't want to confine myself in Kolkata. I talked to a production company in Mumbai. Everything is at its initial stage. Nothing has been finalized yet.' She was also asked whether she is ready to go to Mumbai leaving her family here. Sohini replied, 'Yes if I don't take the risk now, then when will I take it?'

On the career front, Sohini Guha Roy became popular for portraying Tisham's character in Mayurpankhi television drama where her co-star was Soumya Mukherjee. Apart from Gangaram, she also played the lead role in Resham Jhapi where her co-stars were Rajesh Kr Chattopadhyay and June Malia among others. The Bubbly actress is currently enjoying huge popularity among the Bengali audience.
