Rohaan Bhattacharjee and Madhumita Sarcar teamed up for Hoichoi series 'Jaatishawr'

Actor Rohaan Bhattacharjee, who recently made his debut on the OTT platform with Hostel Days, has bagged yet a new web series. He recently started shooting for Hoichoi's upcoming series 'Jaatishawr', which is penned by Anuja Chaterjee and will be directed by Sani Ghosh Roy. Interestingly, Rohaan Bhattacharjee will be seen opposite Madhumita Sarcar for the first time on screen through this series. 

In the series, Madhumita Sarcar will be the leading lady named Roopkatha and Rohaan Bhattacharjee has been roped for the role of Aruni Chowdhury. The makers have already started the shooting the series. Taking to social media, Madhumita and Rohaan also shared the news with their fans.

Speaking about the series, it revolves around the protagonist Roopkatha, who is an independent woman and a photographer by profession. The story takes a turn when she goes to her boyfriend Aruni's house and starts narrating some drastic incidents that happened in the house. What secrets the Chowdhury family is hiding and how they will unfold them is the crux of the series. Although the makers have not announced the release date for 'Jaatishawr'.
