Debchandrima Singha Roy teamed up with Superstar Jeet for his next film

Here's some big news for all the fans of Debchandrima Singha Roy. The popular actress, who has been a part of several popular shows including Sanjher Baati and Shaheber Chithi has got a new film where she will be sharing the screen with Tollywood superstar Jeet for the first time.

Breaking the conventional norms, TV sensations like Ritabhari Chakraborty and Madhumita Sarcar have boldly paved their way into the glitzy world of films. Shattering expectations, these actresses soared to great heights in the film industry after captivating audiences with their mesmerizing performances on the small screen.

Recently, Mithai fame Soumitrisha Kundu has joined Dev for his film Prodhan. And now, another household name Debchandrima Singha Roy has been added to the list.

Yes, you read that right, Jeet's upcoming film 'Boomerang' will feature Debchandrima Singha Roy in a pivotal role.

Another interesting part is that audience will get to see a fresh on-screen pairing of Jeet and Rukmini Maitra through this movie which will be directed by Souvik Kundu. 

while Jeet and Rukmini Maitra will play the lead pair, 'Ballabhpurer Roopkotha' fame Satyam Bhattacharya will be seen playing Debchandrima's love interest in the film.

Prior to this, Debchandrima was seen in Dev and Rukmini Maitra's film Kishmish.

Speaking about the project, Debchandrima Singha Roy said the project is in talks for now. And she still hasn't got the script. The character she will play in the film is a modern girl of this generation. As soon as the news broke, fans showered Debchandrima with 'All the Best' wishes.
