Actor Ritwick Chakraborty is on a busy schedule these days as he has several movies and web series in his kitty. Ritwick Chakraborty starrer detective thriller series Gora 2 is already slated to premiere this June 30. Before the release of this much-loved series, Ritwick Chakraborty has bagged yet a new film where he will be paired with Ishaa Saha.
Actor-Director Joydeep Mukherjee, who also directed Gora Season 2, is all set to fly to the UK in July for his next thriller film Aparichito. Produced by Eskay Movies, the film features Ritwick Chakraborty and Ishaa Saha as a married couple. And Anirban Chakrabarti, who was recently seen in 'The Eken: Ruddhaswas Rajasthan' will be seen playing a key role in the film.
Anirban Chakrabarti, who is mostly seen in detective avatar on screen, will play the role of a police officer in this movie.
Talking about the film, Joydeep Mukherjee said in an interview, ''It is a thriller-cum-family drama. A man loses his memory after meeting with an accident. After the accident, he senses a conspiracy around him. He fails to trust his colleagues and friends, even police officers. Ritwick plays the protagonist and Anirban, a cop. Ishaa plays the character of Mala – an important character in the film''.
If all goes well, director Mukherjee will start shooting for this film in the last week of July.
Well, the director is busy these days with a web series based on Ullash Mullick’s Dugdugi. The series will also have Anirban Chakrabarti including Bishwanath Basu, Sreya Bhattacharya, Rayati Bhattacharya, Lokenath Dey, Atanu Buman in pivotal roles.
