Actor Sushmit Mukherjee bags a new TV serial

Bengali Model-turned actor Sushmit Mukherjee, who played the male leads in 'Boron' and 'Madhabilata', has bagged yet a new show that will be telecast on a leading entertainment channel. Sushmit has been roped in by a leading production house to play the male lead in their upcoming Serial. Sounds interesting right? It's true.

Going by the latest report, Sushmit Mukherjee will soon be seen in a new show, produced by 'Magic Moments Motion Pictures'. Yes, you read that right. Leena Gangopadhyay's upcoming television drama will feature Sushmit Mukherjee as the male lead where he will be seen opposite a new face. It is also known that the show will be telecast on a leading general entertainment channel that also going to launch Honey Bafna and Tumpa Ghosh starrer show Shyama.

This is Sushmit Mukherjee's third television project. The charming actor also has a theater background. The Model-turned actor made his television debut with Star Jalsha's show 'Boron' where he played the male lead opposite debutant Indrani Paul who also came from the fashion world. Later, Sushmit Mukherjee bagged his second television show 'Madhabilata' in which he was seen opposite Shrabani Bhunia. But the show wrapped up very soon. However, if everything goes according to plan, the promo of Sushmit Mukherjee's upcoming show will air on Sun Bangla soon.
