Actress Hiya Dey, who became a household name by playing the titular role in 'Potol Kumar Gaanwala' has to be admitted to the hospital for a major surgery. The actress shared the news with her fans on social media.
According to reports, Hiya Dey has undergone a very complicated surgery and is currently admitted to a hospital in Kolkata. Hiya's mom said ''a tumor of about 15 cm was found in her daughter's abdomen along with some other cysts.'' Hiya's mother also said that Hiya had no symptoms. On Tuesday, Hiya's parents suddenly noticed that Hiya's stomach was swollen. Without wasting a moment, Hiya was taken to the doctor. And all the tests revealed that Hiya had a tumor at the back of her uterus.
However, it is also known that Hiya is fine now and will be discharged soon. But for now, Hiya will have to take bed rest for at least three months.
